12-month limited warranty

Every Fieldwrks pack is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase on getfieldwrks.com. Your tax invoice is your warranty card.

What's covered

• Zips, sliders and pullers that fail in normal use.
• Stitching and seams that open.
• Straps, handles, buckles and hardware that break or detach.
• Aerology™ fabric or coating that delaminates or fails without external damage.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear: scuffs, fading, softened foam, worn corners.
• Damage from misuse, overloading, accidents, airline handling, sharp objects, heat or chemicals.
• Cosmetic marks that don't affect use.
• Packs bought from unauthorised sellers or without proof of purchase.

How a claim works

1. Submit the warranty claim form with your order number and photos.
2. We assess it within two working days and arrange a pickup if we need the pack.
3. Covered defects are repaired or replaced free. If it isn't covered, we'll quote a repair before doing anything.
