1. Nature of this Website

This Website is an informational and brand website only. We do not sell any products directly through this Website, and no payment, checkout, or order placement facility is offered on this Website.

All FIELDWRKS products are sold exclusively through third-party marketplaces, currently Amazon India (amazon.in). Links or buttons on this Website that say “Buy Now”, “Shop on Amazon”, or similar will redirect you to the relevant product listing on Amazon. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and Amazon (and/or the seller of record on Amazon), and is governed entirely by Amazon’s own terms of use, conditions of sale, privacy policy, and return/refund policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, delivery, payment processing, returns, refunds, or customer service relating to purchases made on Amazon or any other third-party marketplace, except to the extent of the product warranty described in Section 4 below.

• You must provide accurate and complete information, including proof of purchase (such as the Amazon order ID or invoice), product details, and a description of the defect. We may reject claims that are incomplete, unverifiable, or fraudulent;

• Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorised repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or airline/carrier handling (unless expressly stated otherwise in the product warranty terms);

• Upon a valid claim, we may, at our sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or offer another remedy as described in the applicable warranty terms;

• Submitting a claim does not by itself guarantee acceptance; all claims are subject to verification and approval by our team.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
