Do you ship across India? Is it free?

Yes and yes. Every order ships free to any serviceable pincode in India.

How fast will it arrive?

We dispatch within 24 hours (Sundays and public holidays excepted). Delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your city.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. COD is available on all orders with no extra charge.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed and messaged when the pack leaves us. It's also under Orders in your account.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. India only for now.

What is the return policy?

10 days from delivery, unused with tags, free reverse pickup, full refund to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer.

How do I exchange for another colour?

Start a return and place a new order, or write to us and we'll set the exchange up for you.

The pack arrived damaged or wrong.

Tell us within 48 hours with photos of the pack and the box. We replace it at our cost.

How long does a refund take?

5–7 working days after the pack reaches us, back to the original payment method.

What is Aerology™ nylon?

Aerology™ is our proprietary lightweight nylon: a high-tenacity weave with a water-resistant coating outside and a polyester lining inside. It's why a 26-litre laptop pack can weigh 620 grams.

Are the packs waterproof?

Water-resistant, not waterproof. Rain and splashes bead off the Aerology™ shell; zips and seams aren't sealed, so don't submerge it or leave it in a downpour for an hour.

Which laptops fit?

Both the Pitstop and the Switch take laptops up to 15.6 inches in a padded, suspended sleeve. The Switch adds a separate tablet sleeve for an iPad.

How much do they weigh?

Pitstop: 620 g. Switch: 805 g. Both measured empty, without a laptop.

What's the difference between Pitstop and Switch?

Same fabric, same 26 litres, same laptop sleeve. The Pitstop is the lightest everyday commuter. The Switch has removable straps and switches between backpack, tote and hand-carry, plus a tablet sleeve. See the compare page for the full table.

How do I clean it?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, air-dry away from direct sun. Dry cleaning or ironing. Store empty with the straps loosened.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, no-cost EMI on eligible cards, and cash on delivery.

Is there EMI?

No-cost EMI is available on eligible cards over 3 months. The per-month figure is shown on the product page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Until it's dispatched, yes. Write to us with the order number. After dispatch, use the 10-day return.

Will I get a GST invoice?

Yes, the tax invoice is emailed with your order confirmation. Add your GSTIN in the order notes if you need it on the invoice.

What does the warranty cover?

12 months against manufacturing defects: zips, stitching, straps, hardware and fabric that fail in normal use. Wear and tear, accidents and misuse aren't covered.

How do I make a claim?

Use the warranty claim form with your order number, then send photos on WhatsApp. We reply within two working days.

Do I need to register the product?

No. Your tax invoice is your warranty card.

Where can I see the packs in person?

Online only for now. Use the 10-day return as your fitting room.
