The 10-day return

If a Fieldwrks pack isn't right, return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

Unused, undamaged, with all tags and the dust bag, in the original packaging.
Bought on getfieldwrks.com. Purchases from other retailers follow that retailer's policy.
One return or exchange per order.

Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the pack reaching us.
Cash-on-delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer; we'll ask for your account details after pickup.
Reverse pickup is free on all serviceable pincodes.

Want a different colour or the other pack? Start a return and place a new order, or write to us and we'll set up the exchange for you.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the pack and the box. We replace it at our cost.

Orders can be cancelled until they are dispatched. After that, use the return process.
